Position: Career Advisor – US Staffing
Location: Onsite / Remote
Experience Required: 6 Months to 2 Years
Job Summary
Aivora Jobs is looking for a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor with experience or knowledge in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing market
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
· Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
· Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings professionally
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports
· Work on lead generation and business development activities
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Stay updated with market trends and staffing industry practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
· Strategic thinking and sales-oriented mindset
· Basic to good knowledge of US Staffing processes
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Experience
· 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or US Staffing
