Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead engagement to final enrolment.
- Counsel working professionals via calls and emails regarding suitable online/blended learning programs.
- Drive admissions and conversions for domestic/international learning programs.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend the best course options for career growth.
- Maintain and update MIS/CRM reports regularly.
- Follow up with prospective learners and ensure a seamless admission process.
- Achieve assigned enrolment and revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in BPO, Sales, Counselling, EdTech, BFSI, Travel, or FinTech industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and convincing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Target-driven, energetic, and passionate about career counselling and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
