Remote Student Counsellor

Company Overview: Care2 Training Recruitment OÜ is a legally registered Estonian company with a UK-based parent company, Care2 Training Ltd, which has over five years of experience in student and workforce recruitment. We are currently expanding our international student recruitment network and are seeking highly motivated individuals already living in the UK. Role Overview: We are looking for a Remote Student Counsellor who is a citizen of India currently residing in the UK. Your role will be to help source and guide students from India and similar regions who are interested in studying in the UK and Europe. You will act as a trusted representative of our agency, providing support throughout the application process. Responsibilities: Promote UK and EU-based universities and colleges to prospective students from India and neighbouring countries Guide students through admission and visa application processes Coordinate with our UK and Estonian teams to ensure timely follow-ups Develop outreach and community relationships (student groups, education networks, etc.) Requirements: Must be a citizen of India currently residing in the UK Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Passion for education and helping others Previous experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required What We Offer: Competitive base pay with performance-based commission Full remote work flexibility UK visa sponsorship available after successful probation Ongoing training and career development Be part of a growing international recruitment network
