About the role
Graduate from approved school of medicine; 3+ years as practicing physician in hospice, internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, oncology, or related field; current Colorado Physician License; board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Hospice & Palliative Medicine; current CPR; valid driver's license and auto insurance; ability to lift 30 lbs.
