We are building a strong on-ground healthcare support ecosystem and are looking for passionate healthcare professionals to join us as Care Navigators.
This is a clinical-adjacent, non-bedside role focused on patient support, caregiver coordination, and healthcare network development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals and engage with nursing teams, discharge coordinators, and healthcare staff
- Build and expand a network of caregivers (nurses, attendants, physiotherapists)
- Support patient onboarding and assist families in navigating post-hospital care
- Guide caregivers and address care-related queries with empathy
- Coordinate care services and ensure smooth execution
- Identify situations requiring medical attention and escalate appropriately
- Contribute to platform adoption, engagement, and patient experience
Who can apply:
- Nurses (B.Sc / GNM / Final Year)
- Physiotherapists
- Social Workers (Healthcare background preferred)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in field work, networking, and healthcare coordination
- Empathy and a patient-first mindset
- Basic clinical understanding with willingness to learn
- Comfort with using digital tools and WhatsApp-based coordination
