We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and proactive individuals to join us as Full-Time Care Managers. In this role, you will become a trusted companion, coordinator, and problem-solver for elders, ensuring they receive timely support, personalized care, and a better quality of life.
As a Care Manager, you will not only manage services — you will build meaningful relationships, offer emotional reassurance, and become an important part of an elder’s support system.
Role Description
The Care Manager acts as a single point of contact and one-stop solution for senior citizens and their families. You will understand each member’s lifestyle, healthcare concerns, emotional needs, and day-to-day challenges, while coordinating personalized support and services accordingly.
You will work closely with:
• Senior citizens and their families
• Doctors and healthcare providers
• Nurses and attendants
• Hospitals and diagnostic centers
• RWAs and residential communities
• Wellness and service partners
Your role is to ensure that every elder under your care feels:

Qualifications
Skills & Qualities Required
