We're looking for a compassionate and organized Care Coordinator to ensure seamless patient care at our centers.

Key Details

• Location: Gurgaon
• Qualification: Any Graduate | Healthcare background preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years in healthcare coordination / customer service
• Salary offered: 3-4 LPA

What You'll Do

• Coordinate patient appointments, care services, and caregiver allocation
• Ensure timely scheduling and follow-ups for patient services
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations
• Manage billing coordination, invoicing, and TPA/insurance follow-ups
• Monitor service quality and ensure patient satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with operations and clinical teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills (MS Office preferred)
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple patients simultaneously
• Patient-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Fluency in local language preferred (as per location)
