Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Care Coordinate Associate. The role involves managing patient inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the patient’s healthcare journey. The Care Coordinate Associate will also communicate with patients and their families to provide support and answers while maintaining detailed records of cases.
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 Years of Experience in customer service and client support, with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and managing digital systems
- Problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide compassionate care coordination
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages in addition to English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification or a related field
