About this Role
As a Care Advisor, you will be the primary human connection point for our clients between their home visits and specialist sessions. You will build trusting, motivating relationships with clients over phone and video calls — helping them stay engaged with their personalized programs, understand their progress, and stay consistent with their program. This is not a clinical or fitness-training role, it's a relationship-driven, psychology-informed engagement role focused on encouraging adherence and celebrating progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular remote check-ins (phone/video) with assigned clients to review progress on their personalized program
- Motivate and encourage clients to complete prescribed mobility, balance, and strength exercises consistently
- Build rapport and trust with clients, adapting communication style to individual personality, pace, and comfort level
- Identify early signs of disengagement, frustration, or drop-off risk, and proactively re-engage clients
- Explain Functional Health Score (FHS) updates and progress in simple, encouraging, non-clinical language
- Coordinate with home-visit specialists and the care team to stay aligned on each client's program and any changes
- Document client interactions, sentiment, and engagement patterns to help improve the overall care experience
- Support families/caregivers with clear, reassuring updates when relevant
Eligibility
- BA/BSc Psychology, MSW, Social Work, Behavioural Science or related degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient and passionate about helping others.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil (Any two to three preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with healthcare/customer engagement experience are welcome.
