We’re seeking a sharp, solution-oriented AI Automation Engineer to join our Madrid office. If you're passionate about using AI to streamline operations, integrate intelligent tools, and deliver smarter, faster outcomes, this role is for you.

🌟 What You’ll Do

As our AI Automation Engineer, you will work at the intersection of technology, efficiency, and service excellence. You will:

• Design and implement AI tools to optimize internal workflows
• Integrate existing software platforms (e.g., CRMs, portfolio management tools, data analytics dashboards)
• Automate repetitive and data-heavy tasks to improve turnaround times and reduce operational friction
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our LPs and entrepreneurs receive enhanced, data-enriched service
• Drive AI adoption across departments, bringing business acumen to technical decisions
• Stay up to date on the latest tools, and help us use them strategically

✅ What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or similar, with end-to-end implementation or process automation experience

• Strong experience in code and no-code tools
• Proven ability to integrate APIs and automate multi-platform workflows
• Bonus: Familiarity with VC, PE, or financial services operations
• A business mindset - someone who understands not just how to build tools, but why they matter
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset

Python, Supabase, LLMs, Agents, n8n/Make, different APIs and integrations (GSuite, CRMs, etc.)
