POSITION SUMMARY

The Investment Relations Associate is responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with current and prospective investors across Cardone Ventures’ internal investment offerings and client fundraising initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between investors, internal leadership, and client sponsors—translating complex investment opportunities into clear, compliant, and compelling narratives.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Strong, trusted relationships with investors resulting in consistent capital deployment across internal and client-led offerings
  • High-quality, compliant investment presentation materials that clearly articulate opportunity, risk, and structure
  • Measurable growth in investor engagement, repeat participation, and successful closes across multiple raises

 

OBJECTIVES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors across all fundraising initiatives
  • Communicate investment strategies, structures, performance, and timelines with clarity and professionalism
  • Support capital raises for both Cardone Ventures’ internal funds and external client mandates
  • Ensure regulatory alignment
  • Guide investors through onboarding, subscription, and follow-up processes
  • Maintain detailed records of investor interactions, feedback, and capital commitments
  • Represent the firm in investor meetings, webinars, conferences, and one-on-one presentations

 

COMPETENCIES

  • Investor Relationship Management: Builds, manages, and expands trusted relationships with current and prospective investors across multiple offerings, demonstrating a long-term, education- and transparency-focused mindset while effectively handling hesitation or decline in a way that preserves future opportunity.
  • Investment Communication, Storytelling & Presentation: Translates complex investment structures into clear, concise, and compelling narratives tailored to different investor profiles, confidently representing the firm in meetings, webinars, and presentations with strong executive presence, logical flow, and the ability to respond to sophisticated investor questions in real time.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced knowledge of securities regulations including Reg A, Reg D (506(b) and 506(c)), Reg CF, and related equity-raise frameworks
  • Proven experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, real estate syndication, or alternative investments
  • Strong financial literacy with the ability to explain deal economics, returns, and risk factors
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and investor tracking tools
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset
