About the role

Position Summary

The EVP of Business Services will oversee the end-to-end operational strategy and execution across Cardone Ventures’ client-facing functions. This executive role is responsible for driving excellence in client delivery, optimizing internal systems and processes, and aligning cross-functional departments to support scalable growth for our SMB clients. The EVP will ensure our Client servicing teams are empowered to drive measurable results across all core functions of a business: Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and People. This leader will be instrumental in ensuring our partners and clients achieve breakthrough business growth and will be accountable for scaling the systems, teams, and infrastructure that enable high client satisfaction, retention, and performance.

OBJECTIVES

  • Drive performance in the current client portfolio, ensuring the goals and objectives of each business are established and carried out through the Business Service’s operations
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy aimed at expanding our client network, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth
  • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional leadership team capable of delivering high-impact results for SMB clients across all verticals
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention, engagement, and value in order to hit new client & renewal targets
  • Oversee strategic decisions made by our team from a finance, marketing, and operational standpoint to ensure clients have an intentional growth plan
  • Ensure other client touchpoints create seamless connectivity to enhance the overall experience
  • Ideate and implement new processes and offerings to further support our clients business challenges
  • Support with client escalation issues and re-establish expectations and a move-forward strategy with the client and Advisors as needed
  • Establish efficiency metrics to monitor client performance, regularly analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Implement and manage client success metrics, utilizing data to drive decision-making and identify trends that inform strategic initiatives
  • Ensure departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, technology efficiency, strategic vendor relationships, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision
  • Conduct recurring leadership development conversations, developing/coaching team members including bi weekly 1:1s, effectively utilizing incentive payout, and giving performance feedback.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strategic operator with deep knowledge of SMB environments and the unique challenges faced by growth-stage businesses
  • Proven ability to scale operations within a high-growth, client-centric business
  • In-depth knowledge of Operations, Finance, and Marketing to understand how the various functions impact one another and to provide strategic guidance
  • Expertise in sales strategy and client ecosystem management, with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Adept at designing and optimizing client delivery models to improve efficiency, client experience, and renewal outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • In depth knowledge of the inner workings of all reporting departments in order to identify areas for opportunity and quickly solve escalated client problems

Education And Experience

  • Ideal candidates have experience in top-tier consulting or have successfully founded, scaled, and exited a 7–9 figure business.
  • 10+ year’s experience in a portfolio management organization
