Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant located in the Kutch district. The responsibilities include assisting cardiothoracic surgeons during surgical procedures, conducting pre- and post-operative evaluations, managing patient care, and ensuring adherence to all safety and healthcare protocols. The role also involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and provide comprehensive cardiothoracic care.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of cardiothoracic anatomy, surgical procedures, and patient care protocols
- Strong skills in pre-operative and post-operative evaluations, including chart reviews and patient assessments
- Proficiency in assisting during surgeries, with a focus on attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate effective communication
- Experience in managing patients with complex cardiothoracic conditions is preferred
- Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and a valid state license
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Compassion, adaptability, and proficiency in handling high-pressure situations
