Role Description The Cardiology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing cardiology-related operations and activities for Technomed’s devices and services. This role involves coordinating with cardiologists, technicians, and hospital staff to ensure appropriate use, maintenance, and performance of cardiology equipment. The Cardiology Manager will monitor clinical workflows, support device implementation, and provide guidance on best practices to optimize patient care and safety. Daily tasks include reviewing case data, managing documentation, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and addressing technical or clinical issues related to the devices. The role also includes training clinical teams, collaborating with sales and service teams on product support, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous product and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cardiology practices, cardiovascular diagnostics, and the clinical use of medical devices.
- Experience managing or coordinating clinical operations in a hospital, clinic, or medical device environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols relevant to cardiology equipment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cardiologists, technicians, nurses, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills for handling daily operational and technical issues.
- Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cardiology, biomedical engineering, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in cardiology device management, clinical support, or medical device industry roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in hospital or clinic environments in Lucknow, with flexibility to respond to urgent operational needs.
