Job Overview: As a Home-Based Data Entry Professional with Cardiology Associates of Altoona, you will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and updating important patient and clinical data into our system. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter patient information, medical records, and other relevant data into our database and software systems. - Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Assist with organizing and processing patient forms, medical charts, and other administrative documents. - Perform routine data updates and generate reports as requested by the clinical team. - Troubleshoot data issues, correcting discrepancies or errors when necessary. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and management to resolve any data-related concerns.
