About the role
Facility and Security Technology provides technical support and solutions for facility and security risk management by creating security standards and deploys technology including, but not limited to: security systems, facility technology, smart buildings, and the cyber-hardening of these systems and devices.
Job Requirements
Provide intermediate to expert knowledge and support for all systems supported by the department – 15%
Assist Supervisor to create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and maintenance thereof – 10%
Manage ServiceNow ticket queue to ensure resolution within SLA parameters – 20%
Perform project and service programming, third-party service vendor scheduling, and remediation of service issues – 30%
Complete tasks as assigned by Facility and Security Technology management – 10%
Complete daily operations, conducting routine maintenance and performance analysis on supported systems – 20%
Participate in hardware/software lifecycle management – 5%
