As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers to generate loan applications, as well as managing the entire mortgage origination process for your customers from application to closing. This includes gathering necessary documentation, submitting loans for approval, and ensuring a smooth and successful closing process. You will also be responsible for cross-selling other Cardinal Financial products and services to your customers. A successful Mortgage Loan Originator is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, has strong sales and communication skills, and is able to work independently to achieve their goals.
