Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Karnataka, India, for a Cardiac Anesthetist. The Cardiac Anesthetist will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing a variety of cardiac and general surgical procedures. The role also involves collaborating with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care during operative and perioperative stages. The Cardiac Anesthetist will also manage patients requiring critical care and monitor their vitals to ensure a safe recovery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Anesthesiology and General Anesthesia
- Experience in Critical Care Medicine, ensuring patient safety and monitoring during critical procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of Surgical and Medical procedures, particularly in relation to cardiac care
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced certifications in Cardiac Anesthesia or related fields are an advantage
- MBBS degree with specialization in Anesthesiology; additional training in cardiac anesthesia preferred
- Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) registration or eligibility to register is required
