Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhilai for a Carbon Solutions & Product Intelligence Engineer. The role involves leading research and development initiatives to design and optimize advanced carbon materials and product solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting material analysis, performing product engineering and design work, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance material systems. The engineer will contribute technical expertise to ensure excellent process reliability and quality outcomes for industry-specific applications.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for material performance evaluation and process optimization
- Hands-on experience in Product Engineering and Product Design for industrial applications
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration across cross-functional teams and presenting technical data
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation and product advancements
- Knowledge of advanced material science and carbon-based materials is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with AI-driven material design tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
