We are a growing pool service company dedicated to providing top-quality maintenance, repairs and customer service care. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand, generate leads and strengthen our presence in the community.
The marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness. The role requires a mix of creativity, organization and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pool cleaning, maintenance and repair services
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns and online advertising
- Oversee website content and online listings to improve visibility
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal offers and customer engagement initiatives
- Track and analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build relationships with local partners and community organizations
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Experience is preferred but not required.
This position is full time in office.
Pay is hourly for the first 90 days then salary. Dependent on experience.
