Role Description
The Car Rental Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves overseeing daily rental operations, managing car availability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with team members to maintain efficient operations. The Car Rental Manager will also handle client inquiries, resolve any service issues, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and rental service partners.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Car Rental and Rental Services
- Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Operations Management and team coordination
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of the Pan India Cabs market and have connections.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
