Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Loan Sales Officer located in Raipur. The Car Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include assisting prospective customers with details about car loan products, processing applications, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with channel partners and participating in sales operations to achieve assigned targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Channel Sales and managing business partnerships
- Target-driven mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in car loan or financial services sales is a plus
- Proficiency in working with CRM software and basic computer skills
