Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Driver located in Delhi, India. The Car Driver is responsible for safely transporting clients to their destinations while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring adherence to traffic rules. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting passengers as required, and ensuring service quality at all times. Additionally, maintaining timely schedules and coordinating with the operations team is an essential part of the job.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent interaction with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining Service Quality to deliver professional and reliable transport experiences.
- Solid Automotive knowledge and driving skills, with attention to safety and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Ability to undergo and adapt to Training programs aimed at improving driving skills, road safety measures, and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with traffic routes and locations in Delhi, India.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
