Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Car Driver role based in Anuppur. The Car Driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff, visitors, and goods as needed, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily tasks include inspecting the vehicle for basic maintenance issues, keeping the vehicle clean, and ensuring all documentation and permits are up to date. The role involves following traffic rules, maintaining logs of trips and fuel usage, and coordinating with supervisors for timely pickups and deliveries. The driver will also assist with loading and unloading items as required and provide courteous support to passengers and company representatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully and clearly with staff, visitors, and clients.
- Ability to maintain Service Quality through punctuality, reliability, and adherence to company safety and operational standards.
- Automotive knowledge for basic vehicle checks, understanding of car operations, and reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Willingness to participate in Training related to safety procedures, company policies, and route familiarity.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving cars in urban and semi-urban areas.
- Knowledge of local routes in and around Anuppur and nearby industrial areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic literacy and numeracy to maintain trip logs and read signs and instructions; previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
