Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Body Shop Advisor based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing customer appointments, providing consultations on vehicle repairs, estimating costs, and coordinating repair work with technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. The advisor will also liaise with insurance companies, maintain accurate service records, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Technical knowledge of automotive body repairs, parts, and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in estimating repair costs and preparing documentation for insurance claims.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain service schedules.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or body shop operations is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with computer systems for managing service records and reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
