Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Car Audio Installer role based in Cannanore. The Car Audio Installer will install, configure, and test car audio systems, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and related accessories in a variety of vehicles. Daily tasks include diagnosing audio issues, planning wiring routes, safely connecting electrical components, and ensuring clean, secure installations that meet safety and performance standards. The role also involves consulting with customers to understand their needs, explaining product features, and providing basic user guidance after installation. The Car Audio Installer will maintain tools and equipment, follow company procedures, and support the team in delivering timely and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Practical experience with car audio installation, including wiring, mounting, and system configuration.
- Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and the ability to read simple wiring diagrams.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve installation or sound quality issues.
- Good customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Cannanore, including standing, bending, and lifting equipment as required.
- Commitment to safety practices and proper use of hand tools and testing equipment.
- Previous experience in car accessories, automotive service, or a related technical trade is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive electronics or audio systems is a plus.
