Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune District for the position of Captain. As a Captain, you will lead by example to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. This includes managing the dining area, supervising service staff, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order execution, maintaining service standards, and fostering an inviting atmosphere for guests. Additional responsibilities include training team members, addressing any guest concerns, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality etiquette
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a supervisory or captain role within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
