Role Description
The Captain role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Captain will oversee restaurant or hospitality floor operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and guide the team to deliver top-tier service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service delivery, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. This role will collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and uphold the company’s high hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in service management, customer engagement, and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality operations and team supervision
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety standards
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
- A positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments is a plus
