Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Captain located at one of our establishments in New Delhi. The Captain will oversee the daily dining operations, ensure impeccable guest service, train staff, and manage team coordination. Responsibilities include taking orders, supervising service quality, addressing guest concerns, ensuring cleanliness, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the Captain will monitor inventory levels, assist with floor management, and uphold service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in team leadership, training, and supervision
- Strong understanding of dining service operations, food and beverage standards, and guest relations
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and operational logistics
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale restaurants or hotels
- A positive attitude, hospitality mindset, and professional presentation
- Qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred
