Role Description
The Captain role at Blondie Hospitality is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandra. The Captain will oversee daily floor operations, ensure smooth coordination among the team, provide excellent customer service, and maintain the quality of guests' dining experience. Additional responsibilities include training team members, addressing guest needs promptly, managing reservations, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. The Captain will also collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Leadership and team coordination abilities for managing staff and workflows
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and health regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest and team interaction
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain high operational standards
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Hospitality Management is a positive
