About 66 Chuim66 Chuim is being built inside an old Bandra property — a space with history, character, and presence. The name stays because the place matters. The building, the street, and the neighbourhood are part of the identity.
It comes from years of working with food and beverages — experiments, mistakes, wins, late nights, and a team that genuinely cares about what they’re building.
What started as a collaboration has grown into something more considered, and that intent carries into everything we do — from the kitchen to our coffee and beverages.
The roleWe’re building a front-of-house team that’s sharp, aware, and takes hospitality seriously.
