Key Responsibilities
- Operate capsule filling machines (automatic/semi-automatic) as per batch manufacturing records.
- Set up machines, change parts, and adjust parameters for different capsule sizes.
- Monitor critical parameters such as fill weight, locking, and capsule integrity.
- Perform in-process checks and ensure product quality.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain batch records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
- Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or process deviations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and approvals.
