· Make sure the pool rules are being followed by all residents and guests
· Complete all required pool water testing every 4 hours
· Keep pool area clean, empty trash regularly in dumpster
· Check pool identification
· In the event of pool contamination (feces, blood, vomit or any other substance considered harmful) the Property Manager must be contacted immediately
· Properly straightening patio furniture
· Clean bathroom and kitchen areas on a daily basis, check areas often for water on the floor, etc.
· Report clogged toilets to the office immediately
· Enforce the policy of “no bare feet outside of pool area”
· Clip grass around fence area to pool on a bi-weekly basis or more if needed
· Ensure the clubhouses are kept neat and orderly throughout the day (this includes items such as washing windows monthly)
· Water plants daily
· Inform the Property Manager if any pool equipment has been damaged or property damage of any kind has occurred.
· Interested applicants must be 18 years of age or older
