• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications & conduct interviews for sales/business development profile
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Branding of the company amongst prospective candidates
• Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
• Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities
