About the role
**Job Requirements:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our team in India. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com, MBA - Finance, CA - Inter, CMA.
5+ years of experience with Revenue Accounting.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate accounting of revenue.
Revenue Analysis: Monitor and ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
MIS Preparation: Prepare MIS for monthly P&L review (related to revenue heads) and any other specific requirement.
Receivables Tracking: Track receivables, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up to maintain required AR days.
Legal Notices: Issue legal notices to customers delaying payments.
AR Review: Review and approve periodic AR reviews with HOD, CS, PMD team, and take business approval towards required action.
BRS Reviews: Conduct weekly BRS reviews and ensure timely action for closure of open items.
Tenancy Agreements: Review and approve tenancy agreements.
Auditor Coordination: Coordinate with various auditors on revenue matters.
