Strategy Analyst Graduate - Nottingham

As a Strategy Analyst on our Graduate Programme, you'll be responsible for analysing data, building financial models, and providing strategic recommendations to executives. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of business challenges and work on high-impact projects that influence the direction of the company. Your Day-to-Day: - Analyse complex business challenges using quantitative and qualitative data - Build financial models to assess the potential impact of different strategic options - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats - Present your findings and recommendations to senior leaders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives - Continuously seek ways to improve processes and drive innovation What We're Looking For: - A curious and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team - A passion for using data and technology to drive business impact - A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, or Engineering Our Graduate Programme: Our 2-year rotational programme provides you with the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and experiences across different areas of the business.
