As part of the Product Development Program, you will: Gain hands-on experience leveraging new technology while building product management skills in two distinct roles over two years Develop leadership skills in the professional setting through meaningful interaction with product leaders Leverage data and customer insights to understand customer and business problems, make strategic business decisions, and lead high functioning tech teams to implement solutions Participate in Experiential education weeks focused on leadership development, challenging strategic problem-solving exercises, and extensive networking activities As an Associate Product Manager at Capital One, you'll be at the heart of shipping new products and driving innovation on platforms that delight and improve the experiences of our external and internal customers, expanding our reach into new spaces and impacting the bottom line on a daily basis. This role will challenge you to understand and manage tradeoffs between customer needs, business strategy, and technology. You will work closely with expert designers, developers, business analysts and data scientists in an agile, collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibilities, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.
