Key Role Details Full-time new hires for this role will start as a cohort within our MBA Development Program in August 2026. This role is a full-time position, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent. Participation in the program requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One's hybrid working model. In order to be eligible for this role, you must have participated in a 2025 Discover internship. Basic Qualifications Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a 2-year MBA with an expectation that your degree will be obtained by August 2026 or earlier. A Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration At least 3 years of professional work experience in product management, tech, data science, business analysis, consulting, operations, military, or customer service Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated interest and experience in product management, software delivery, data science, software engineering, or leveraging software to solve customer and business problems At least 2 years of experience leveraging data and customer insights to make strategic business decisions, influencing stakeholders to adopt proposed strategies, translating business strategy into roadmaps, and leading high functioning teams through execution MBA joint degrees with technical Master's programs (e.g., MS/MBA) 4+ years of professional experience in Technology or Data Science MBA Product Manager - 2026 Product Managers at Capital One build products that empower millions of customers to achieve financial success and thousands of employees to serve our customers.
