Business Analyst Associate

As a Business Analyst Associate, you'll work alongside a team of diverse, driven associates to uncover insights, solve problems, and deliver meaningful solutions for our customers. You'll dive deep into our business and products, leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and shape the future direction of Capital One. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must, as you'll regularly present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
