RUNNER

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Runner to join our team. As a Runner, you will play an essential role in supporting the wait staff and ensuring guests receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables, maintaining cleanliness in service areas, and assisting the team in providing a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Ultimately, you will contribute to excellent guest service by helping to maintain efficient and seamless restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen/bar to guests’ tables
• Ensure orders are served correctly and in a timely manner
• Assist wait staff by clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service stations, dining area, and pantry
• Refill water, bread, and other table items when needed
• Assist in polishing cutlery, glassware, and plates before service
• Support wait staff and bartenders during peak service hours
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
• Respond promptly to guests’ additional requests when required
• Follow health and safety standards at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Runner, Busser, or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage
• Strong physical stamina and ability to carry trays, plates, and drinks safely
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage
