- Land Deals & Joint Ventures (JV) – structuring partnerships between landowners and developers, transaction advisory, and deal facilitation.
- Legal & Compliance Coordination – assistance with due diligence, documentation, approvals, regulatory processes, and liaison through expert partners.

Qualifications
- Experience in a reputed Developer’s Business Development (BD) Team
- Educational background: CA / MBA / Civil Engineer
- Passionate about driving real estate transactions
- Strong technical and financial acumen in real estate
- 5–6 years of relevant experience
