The Capital Market Business Development Executive will support client acquisition, business development initiatives, preparation of consulting proposals, financial analysis, capital market presentations, and execution of advisory projects.
The role requires a combination of business development, finance, analytical, communication, and AI-assisted research skills. The candidate will work closely with promoters, directors, investors, and subject matter experts across multiple consulting assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and engage potential SME and MSME clients.
- Generate leads through networking, professional forums, industry associations, and digital channels.
- Conduct introductory meetings and understand client requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, capability presentations, and engagement documents.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and investor awareness programs.
Consulting & Advisory Support
- Support execution of IPO readiness and capital market advisory assignments.
- Participate in business diagnostic studies and value creation assessments.
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Prepare management presentations and strategic reports.
- Coordinate with domain experts, legal advisors, merchant bankers, and other stakeholders.
Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial statements including: P&L, BS, Cash Flow statements
- Prepare financial models and business scenarios.
- Assist in valuation exercises and business planning.
- Develop management dashboards and performance metrics.
AI & Digital Productivity
- Utilize AI tools to improve research, content preparation, proposal drafting, and business analysis.
- Prepare AI-assisted reports, presentations, and client communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance consulting productivity through automation and digital tools.

Educational Qualification
Preferred
- MBA (Finance / Marketing / Strategy) from a reputed institute
- CA Inter / CMA Inter
- B.Com + MBA
- BBA + MBA
Experience
Preferred Experience
2 – 5 years
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
