About the Role
We are looking for a Capital Formation Advisor who can support bepay money in raising strategic capital, building investor relationships, securing acquisition capital, and identifying liquidity partners for cross-border payment settlement solutions.
The role involves bringing relevant investors, family offices, HNIs, funds, strategic capital partners, financial institutions, and liquidity providers who can support bepay money’s growth across fintech, payments, cross-border settlement, digital financial infrastructure, and acquisition-led expansion.
The ideal candidate should have strong investor access in India, experience in capital raising or strategic fundraising, and the ability to open high-quality conversations with investors, funds, family offices, treasury partners, NBFCs, financial institutions, and liquidity providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and introduce potential investors for bepay money’s fundraising requirements
- Build relationships with HNIs, family offices, venture funds, private equity firms, strategic investors, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Bring strategic investors who can support bepay money’s growth, expansion, and long-term capital requirements
- Bring investors or capital partners who can support bepay in acquiring relevant companies
- Identify strategic investment sources for acquisition-led expansion in fintech, payments, remittance, compliance, technology, or financial infrastructure
- Support discussions with investors interested in backing acquisitions through equity, debt, structured finance, or strategic investment models
- Identify investors, liquidity providers, treasury partners, and financial institutions that can provide settlement liquidity for bepay money’s cross-border payment solutions
- Bring partners who can support liquidity for global payment corridors, stablecoin settlement, fiat settlement, and trade-related payment flows
- Support liquidity discussions for faster settlement, improved payment execution, and corridor expansion
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, follow-ups, and deal discussions
- Support bepay in investor communication, pitch positioning, and strategic capital conversations
- Advise bepay on capital strategy, investor expectations, deal structures, valuation approach, and market positioning
- Help convert investor interest into committed capital, strategic investment partnerships, acquisition financing, or liquidity arrangements
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, M&A advisory, fintech partnerships, or strategic fundraising
- Strong network among Indian investors, HNIs, family offices, funds, NBFCs, fintech investors, strategic capital providers, and financial institutions
- Proven ability to introduce qualified investors and decision-makers
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, capital formation, M&A, acquisition financing, or strategic investment transactions
- Ability to bring investors for both company-level fundraising and acquisition financing
- Understanding of fintech, payments, cross-border settlement, remittance, trade finance, digital asset infrastructure, or financial services
- Access to liquidity providers, treasury partners, settlement partners, NBFCs, financial institutions, or alternative capital providers
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and deal coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality investor introductions
- Strong understanding of investor expectations, deal structures, capital strategy, and fundraising processes
- Prior experience working with startups, fintech companies, payment companies, financial institutions, or investment firms is preferred
