As a Marketing Executive at Capillary Technologies, you will play a key role in supporting our B2B marketing initiatives and driving engagement for our Loyalty SaaS solutions used by over 400+ enterprise clients globally. Your contributions will directly support our strategic goals, including brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities: Content Development and SEO Management: Collaborate with SEO, content, and product marketing teams to create high-quality content tailored for loyalty and customer engagement audiences. Ensure SEO best practices are implemented on new and updated pages. Campaign Support: Assist in executing digital campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing channels. Track and report on campaign metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement. Market Research: Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the loyalty software industry. Provide actionable insights to enhance Capillary's positioning and strategy. Data and Reporting: Organize and analyze data from various digital marketing activities, presenting findings to the team to help optimize ongoing strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with team members in product, marketing, and customer success to align content and campaign efforts with our broader goals and objectives.
