Job Description At least 7years to 12 years of overall IT experience At least 4years of Scrum Master Experience is Mandatory Should have technical background (Ex- Dotnet. Java Etc) Should be from Banking / Insurance domain only Mandatory Agile certifications (PSM2/SAFe RTE/SAFe Agilist/SAFe Scrum Master Should have experience working on Cloud / Devops Effectively communicating to internal/ external stakeholders based on data for decision making Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team, provide suggestions and recommendations based on previous experience and industry Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers Guiding the team on self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks Well versed with Scrumframeworks.
