About the role
Support all testing-related matters, including setting strategies, approaches, standards, and key success factors for various testing phases.
Collaborate with Product teams, Scrum Masters, Agile Project Managers, Actuaries, Developers, and external vendors to ensure testing quality standards are met.
Design, develop, maintain, and monitor automated regression tests.
Produce UAT testing approaches and plans, ensuring traceability to business requirements.
Align testing activities with strategy, approach, and standards, using a common documentation platform (e.g., Confluence).
Understand and support LSM & GRS Change Control Board (CAB) processes.
Promote Agile Test-Driven Design (TDD) and embed unit test case creation in development teams.
Organize and run testing meetings/sessions as needed.
Ensure deliverables are aligned with the overall test strategy and documentation standards.
Support Product Owners in confirming products are ready for production deployment.
