Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Director/Sr. Director-level executive to lead presales and solution architecture engagements across hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with a strong preference for candidates with deep delivery leadership or enterprise architecture experience. This role is ideal for a technology leader with a strong background in delivery management or senior architecture, who is now looking to drive strategic solutioning and client transformation journeys.
The role will involve working closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders to define, shape, and deliver cloud-first, agile-enabled, and integration-rich solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a technology-agnostic mindset, strong domain awareness, and the ability to anchor large, multi-stream deals from inception to closure.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading end-to-end solutioning for large-scale deals, including strategy, architecture, and delivery model design.
- Driving client value propositions, win themes, and strategic messaging throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Creating solution pitches, engagement roadmaps, and scoping documents for managed services, AMS, and scaled agile engagements.
- Collaborating across sales, delivery, and commercial teams to shape compelling and differentiated proposals.
- Leading technology solutioning and estimation activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and enterprise architecture principles.
- Providing technical assurance and risk mitigation support during deal closure and contract negotiations.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, including GenAI, cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns.
