Business Intelligence (BI) Manager

Work in an IC role or lead and mentor a team of BI developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in BI development and data visualization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and design impactful dashboards using Power BI. Use Python to automate data extraction and transformation. Oversee ETL processes and integrate data from various sources into Power BI. Enhance Power BI reports with Python scripts for advanced analytics and custom calculations. Ensure strong data governance, quality, and user-friendly visualization practices. Communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams. Good documentation skills to deliver BRDs, architecture, specifications document, project plan etc. Lead the creation of RFPs for BI tools and solutions, working with vendors to select the best technology. Manage POV exercises to demonstrate the value of BI solutions and secure stakeholder buy-in. Develop MVPs to quickly deliver core BI functionalities, allowing for iterative feedback and faster delivery.
