Industrialization Shared Services Professional A

In this role, you will be responsible for: • Defining and implementing the industrialization strategy and roadmap for our Shared Services organization globally • Leading the end-to-end industrialization and automation of our Shared Services capabilities, processes, and tools • Driving the implementation of new ways of working, optimization of existing processes, and adoption of technology enablers • Developing and driving the execution of the transformation agenda for our Shared Services organization • Partnering with the Shared Services leadership team to define and execute the vision and strategy for our Shared Services capabilities • Leading a team of professionals and enabling their growth and development
