We have built an inclusive and welcoming environment, for everyone. Your Role We are looking for a curious and creative individual to join our team of designers, technologists and facilitators. We deliver from two purpose-built locations in London and Telford, as well as, offsite, hybrid and virtually to deliver digital engagements. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of ASE collaborative workshops. To enable this, you will learn and deliver through a variety of roles that are required to run a successful event. All of these activities are equally important whether delivering in person or digitally through our virtual offer: Designing and setting a collaborative workspace to maximise productivity (digitally or physically) Selecting and staging the most impactful audio stimulus to create the right energy and environment for an event Ensuring the right content is showcased in a way which caters for a variety of learning styles Drafting assignments by developing key questions that will drive the work done by participants Creating work products that co-ordinate workshop outputs Supporting the running of the ASE Venture. As part of the ASE team, you will have the opportunity to take a role contributing to or leading on activities such as managing our delivery environments, supporting our team culture or elevating the way we report and share our business impact. Every collaborative workshop engagement you're involved in will involve different client and / or Capgemini teams, with a unique purpose and set of outcomes to deliver. Each event will be delivered with a varying team of highly motivated and effective team members. Your days will be fast paced, requiring you to work closely with colleagues and clients to support the delivery of your projects and collaborative engagements. This is a hybrid working role, you should expect to be in our London office 2-3+ days a week and will travel to our collaborative space in Telford or offsite locations when required. You need to have the flexibility to travel and sometimes work long hours whilst on ASE deliveries.
